RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, provided the backdrop is undamaged. Please note that custom backdrops are exempt from returns and cancellations.

 

General Returns:

Return Authorization: Prior to returning the item, please contact our customer support to obtain a return authorization. Returns without a valid authorization may not be accepted or processed.

 

Condition of the Returned Backdrop:

The backdrop must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a deduction from the refund if the backdrop shows signs of damage or use.

 

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the backdrop. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Return Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned backdrop, please allow [insert estimated time] for us to process the return and issue a refund or exchange. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Backdrops:

In the rare event that the backdrop is torn, has color stains, or any other issues due to our error, we will gladly replace or refund the backdrop. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

International Returns:

If you are returning an item from outside USA, please note the following:

Include all necessary customs documentation to avoid any delays or issues with the return shipment.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process.
